"CONSTRUCTION of the Tomoporo Social District Headquarters Building" (PHASE I). The scope includes the development of civil works for architecture, electrical installations, and plumbing. These encompass the complete construction of the drainage system for sanitary fixtures and air conditioning equipment, the potable water system with all its fittings and valves, as well as the drainage and channeling of rainwater required for this project. The project envisions a two-story building with a capacity for approximately six hundred (600) workstations, featuring a double-height central courtyard, and parking for 300 employee vehicles and 100 visitor vehicles. The project will be developed on a plot of approximately 20 hectares (Ha), located on the Pan-American Highway, in the Sabana de Mendoza sector of Trujillo State, Venezuela.
